ebrain provides users and administrators with all the online assistance required to successfully use the ebrain e-learning program. There are three support email addresses as follows:

Registration and logging in
Current members of the ebrain partner organisations listed here should be automatically registered. As a member, you are likely to already have an account, please use the password reset function and enter your usual email address. Alternatively contact your organisation or admin@ebrain.net if you need assistance.
On receipt of your username and password, please log in to ebrain to complete the registration process and the 'Getting Started: Common Tasks, Features and Functionality' e-learning lesson.
For organisations and individuals not covered by the above, or for all other queries, please visit the subscriptions page or email admin@ebrain.net.

Getting started: Common tasks, features and functionality
Once you have logged into ebrain and completed the registration process, the 'Getting Started' e-learning lesson will show you how to navigate around ebrain, how to launch and complete an e-learning lesson, and how to use all other features and functionality.
