This module considers the neurological aspects of dizziness, vertigo and hearing loss. There are sessions on diagnosis, investigation and treatment. Both peripheral and central disorders are covered. There are sessions on Meniere’s disease and benign positional vertigo. Acute and chronic vertigo and dizziness are covered. There are also sessions on falls in the elderly and the assessment of disorders of taste and smell.
